Amazing staff support

We stayed for my granddaughter's wedding and the staff was super helpful. They gave us a late checkout for my son, who's a double amputee, so he wouldn't be stuck in his wheelchair too long. Everyone was super friendly, and the cleaning staff was great too! Only wish there were more dining options onsite.

Can recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable room, convenient location with a 24-hour reception that helped us check in easily and a nice flat-screen TV for evening entertainment.

My children wished there were more activities for teens. While the breakfast was nice, they could add a few options that appeal more to older kids than the usual cereal and pastries.

I had a fantastic time strolling through nearby attractions like the Hico Mercantile, which is just a short drive away, and enjoying the lovely park views at Stephenville Historical House Museum, both perfect for a laid-back weekend adventure. As a solo traveler, I appreciated how close everything was, with coffee just a few steps away at Starbucks to fuel my explorations.

The staff showed exceptional care and went out of their way to help us when our reservation issue arose. They managed to secure three rooms for us at a nearby hotel during graduation weekend which was no small feat.

My stay at the Best Western Plus in Stephenville was quite delightful. The staff offered friendly service, and I appreciated the clean, spacious room. Breakfast options provided a nice start to my day. Just a minor hiccup with some noise from adjacent rooms, but overall a lovely experience.

During our stay, the elevators were a nightmare. We only had one working elevator, and it was excruciatingly slow. To top it off, we frequently found the front desk unattended, which made addressing our concerns incredibly frustrating. The air conditioning in our room was noisy and did not cool effectively, adding to our discomfort. I expected much better for the price we paid!

I loved how quiet and comfortable my room was, the King Suite I stayed in was absolutely perfect for a restful night! The clean, modern atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the outdoor pool is such a great touch for relaxing after a long day. Plus, being so close to multiple restaurants made dining super convenient!
